The initial consultation is free, takes about 20 to 30 minutes, and comes with zero obligation. If SEO isn’t the right fit for your business, we’ll tell you directly. We’d rather have an honest conversation that builds trust than oversell something that won’t deliver results.

What Happens During the Free Consultation

The initial conversation covers three things. First, we learn about your business — what you do, who your customers are, where you operate, and what growth looks like for you. Second, we do a quick assessment of your current online presence — your website, your Google Business Profile, your search visibility for key terms, and how you compare to your main competitors. Third, we give you an honest assessment of whether SEO makes sense for your situation and, if so, what the right approach looks like.

You’ll walk away from the conversation with a clear understanding of where you stand, what opportunities exist, and what it would take to capitalize on them — whether you hire us or not.

How to Get the Most From Your Initial Call

You don’t need to prepare anything specific. That said, having the following information handy makes the conversation more productive: your website URL, the services or products you want to be found for, the geographic area you serve, any previous SEO or digital marketing work that’s been done, and your general budget expectations. If you have access to Google Analytics or Google Search Console, we may ask to take a look during the call — but it’s not required for the initial conversation.

After the Consultation

If SEO is a good fit and you’d like to move forward, we prepare a customized proposal outlining the specific strategy, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for your situation. Every proposal is tailored — we don’t sell packages. If a full monthly campaign isn’t the right starting point, we may recommend a one-time SEO audit to give you a comprehensive picture of your website’s health before committing to ongoing services.

There are no long-term contracts. Every engagement is month-to-month. You stay because you see results, not because you’re locked in.
